RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us by e-mail at the following adress: upndownco@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you the procedure to follow by e-mail. Your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. Upon receipt of your item at our warehouse, we will verify that it meets the conditions mentioned below, and if so, we will issue your refund. 

UP'N DOWN will only reimburse you for the return costs of an item if it is damaged when you received it, or if there was an error in your order.

PRE-ORDER

It is impossible to cancel a pre-order. We assure you that we will respect the delivery time specified at the time of purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

UP'N DOWN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery has been confirmed to the address indicated for an order. Upon request, UP'N DOWN will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to investigate with our carrier.
